The Acrylic Lounge Chair is a modern twist on a design classic. Originally crafted by Charles and Ray Eames out of molded plywood this reproduction uses a modern material to show off the graceful bends and subtle contours. This chair is built to withstand years of use as shown in the Los Angeles Times article with Aaron jumping up and down on it. Chair height is 28" or is available in a tall version (as shown) at 32". 23" wide X 23" deep. We hand mold each piece after carefully heating them in our walk-in oven. After that each piece is hand sanded and polished before being carefully assembled. Hardware is nickel plated with hand made natural gum shock absorbing pads.
