SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We strive to ship everything within a few days of the order but occasionally experience backorders which can take 4-6 weeks to process.

We strive to keep our valued customers satisfied and accept returns for 60 days after order is received as long as it is received in new condition. Refunds (minus our actual shipping and handling costs and a 25% restocking fee) will be made after item is received and inspected. We accept cancellations on orders up until the time they ship.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship our acrylic furniture almost everywhere. Because shipping varies so much between locations you can e-mail us and we will calculate shipping for you.
Q: Where are you located?
A: We are located in Orange County, California.
Q: Can I pick up from your showroom to save shipping costs?
A: If you are in Southern California and would like to pick up your order please check the "Pick Up In Store" Option during checkout. We will call you when your order is available for pick up.
Q: Where is your acrylic furniture made?
A: We design, craft, polish, and ship from our vertically integrated facility in Southern California.
Q: I have found a similar item cheaper from another site, will you match their price?
A: The short answer is No. We are currently offering all of our ARTC line directly to the public at wholesale (cheapest possible) prices. Other manufacturers will put out lower end products at less expensive prices, often these are made of lower quality materials, by machine, from someone else's design, in another country. All of our products are handmade and come with a 10 year warranty against discoloration. We have been in business for over 35 years so we are not going anywhere anytime soon.
